Ezra Taft Benson prefaced his 1989 April Conference address saying, "This message has been weighing heavily on my soul for some time. I know the Lord wants this message delivered now." What followed was President Benson's classic and enlightening exposition on pride.
Pride is a very misunderstood sin, and many are sinning in ignorance... Most of us think of pride as self-centeredness, conceit, boastfulness, arrogance, or haughtiness. All of these are elements of the sin, but the heart, or core, is still missing. The central feature of pride is enmity—enmity toward God and enmity toward our fellowmen.Though condemning, President Benson's insightful description of pride is also empowering. By understanding the subtle and creeping influence of pride in our thoughts and actions, we can fortify ourselves against this great and common sin.

I have it on a cassette tape. Do you know how to get it in digital format?
I do know how to convert a cassette tape to digital format, but I don't have access to a cassette tape. Would you be willing to send me a copy - I'd pay you for the cost... Or, do you know where a cassette can be purchased?
Did you ever find where to buy an audio copy of this?
No. Still looking. "Celebration of Liberty" appears to have a copy, but I never heard back from them. Let me know if you know where I can get it.
